About Mold:

Mold is virtually everywhere but in most cases it is not a health risk.  However in the right conditions it can create problems in enclosed buildings to some individuals.  These problems can include: hay fever symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, red eyes and skin rash.

It can also cause asthma attacks in people with asthma who are allergic to mold.  Inhaling mycotoxins from mold can also effect the lungs.

Mold is almost always caused by some type of moisture problem somewhere in or under the home.  A mold inspection will identify the moisture problem and after cleaning the remaining mold we recommend another air quality sample be taken to ensure the problem is corrected.
