decision.
- Security The peace of mind that comes from knowing that a
qualified professional home inspector has gone over your home with a
fine-toothed comb will comfort you long after closing.
- Protection Protect your investment and decrease your
liability with comprehensive documentation from a certified home inspector.
- Smooth Closing Process When it is time to close, have all
the facts in hand to avoid those costly and frustrating delays.
- Online Reports Upon completion of each home inspection, we
provide you with computer-generated
reports which include pictures of all problems found and complimentary
photos of all major rooms in the home. Online
access to your inspection report at

Capabilities
With 25 years of hands-on experience, NACHI and AHIT certification and membership in
the IAEI, Cedars Home Inspection provides you with a thorough inspection of these
critical areas of the home.
- Ventilation Attic ventilation and insulation play an
important role in moisture, condensation, roof life and so much more - truly
a key factor in how your home is functioning.
- Roof The type, style, layers, quality of installation and
more are checked. We will perform a diligent inspection of both sides
of the roof.
- Heating & Cooling We look at the age, condition and safety
of each. In most cases, these are the most used appliances in the
home. The wrong burn pattern and moisture production can cause
premature heat exchanger failure and possibly carbon monoxide
- Structure We perform a thorough inspection on the inside
and outside of the structure: foundation, crawl spaces, block and poured
basements.
- Drainage Inadequate or reversed drainage and grading cause
most water problems. Proper gutters and downspouts are another
important part of moisture control.
- Electrical We check double tapping, undersized wiring, open
wiring, undersized services and more.
- Plumbing Water flow, water pressure and adequate drainage
are just the start of our inspection.
